I’m up 3.2 since Friday, 196.8. Can you believe that shit? All that hard work gone b/c of bad food choices. GOTDAMMIT I hate when this happens.

Yesterday I made an effort to walk THREE TIMES and ended up more than I started! UGH!

Ok, now I’ve got some REAL work ahead of me, right? So what’s the plan? Points and exercise. I’m planning my meals for the week to be exactly or under my daily points and not a .5 over. Also I’m going to follow suit from my old JC days and make lunch my heaviest meal while dinner is something lighter. Today’s lunch is turkey chili beans & corn bread for 9pts. While dinner is a 4pt Smart One and then an hour at the track! I have 4 days to undo the damage I did this weekend. I’m not sure if I can lose the 3.2 in 4 days but I’m going to try my fricken hardest. If anything half of that would be a successful loss, -1.6.

This really sucks b/c now its put me up to 11+ pts to lose to hit my 185 by Thanksgiving. I’m not going to give up, although I had a mili-second of thinking about it, I know I have to work hard to turn it back around and get back to where I was. And I will.

Goal recap: First and foremost is to get back down to 193 and move forward. First big weight goal is to reach 183-185 by Thanksgiving (that’s suppose to be a pound a week but I’ve got to do a bit more after this weekend). My exercise goal is to be running a mile by Christmas. I’m going to incorporate the Couch to 5K in my exercise now.

I’m an old school bitch. For reals and to da heart! Even though I’m a wife, mother and a contributing citizen to society doesn’t mean I can’t still get my groove on to some old school rap music. And like I said, who says rappers can’t be romantical…in thier thug ass ganster ways? C’mon, everyone’s got a romantical side to them…even gangsta ass niggas. This use to be my jam when I was about 22, rolling in my ol’ man’s El Co on the way to visit him on Saturday, while he was locked up. Oh how I miss those days. Ok. Not really. Far from it, actally, but I did (and still do) enjoy the music of my 20′s and this one was the shit (way back when) and again, who said rapper’s can’t be romantical…in their own ghetto ass, scandelous, womanizing sort of way that only they know how to be??? Listen to this jam of the 90′s, my days, and you’ll agree with me that many thug babies were conceived to this B.I.G. jam…oh the good ol’ days, how I miss thee.

And as a side note, I still remember the extact time and place I was when I heard B.I.G. died. We were at Jack’s Liquor (in Long Beach) , Sunday around 11:30′ish on a Sunday mornining when we got the new from a cluck head (dope fiend). We didn’t belive it but when it was confirmed it was like DAYUUUM! WTF??? Terrible.

So it looks like when I adjust the date/time I’ve got to hit Publish & not save. Also its showing my draft saved at 3:58 pm when its really 9am so that has to be ignored. I think that’s where I got confused & screwed up my time on my blogs, again ignore that part. Ok, lets try to schedule this for a later publishing time & see what happens.

ETA: Gotta use military time! I tried setting it for 1:02 pm & when I entered 01:02 it published it at am. Changing it to 13:02 gave it a time to publish later today. Sweet!
